PROGRAMS OFFERINGS

In Japan, MRA promotes the FSM’s Captive Insurance regime and corporate registry to serve the following:

  1. captive insurance companies, and
  2. overseas portfolio investors
  3. ship owners
  4. fund managers

In Micronesia, MRA:

  1. advises the government of the FSM on registry, tax and insurance related legislation,
  2. develops and lobbies for legislation to meet market needs in Japan,
  3. makes regulatory and administration recommendations to improve effectiveness of FSM programs.

From Micronesia, MRA:

  1. Assists with FSM corporate formations, if requested,
  2. Provides virtual office and agent services in the FSM,
  3. Assists in assistance in establishing independent offices and hiring staff in the FSM,
  4. Develops legislative bills based upon input from professionals and companies, and
  5. Provides Principal Representative services for captive insurance companies in the FSM.
