VENTURE FUND MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR CORPORATIONS ESTABLISHED IN THE FSM

This is a special incentive program to entice fund managers and very profitable companies to register a corporation in the FSM.

Benefits to an organization which pays large income taxes to the FSM:

Manage a Government funded venture fund and capture a large portion of the gain over 10 years as a fee
Make venture investments “off balance sheet”
Possibly defer tax on such a gain for up to 10 years

Micronesia Registration Advisors, Inc. (MRA) promotes the corporate registry in the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) and assists companies and individuals from Japan to form or establish corporations in the FSM. Such FSM corporations could be utilized for overseas or cross-border investments, captive insurance, or ship ownership. The Micronesia corporate registry and ship registry are operated by the government of the FSM. MRA informs lawyers, accountants, bankers, insurance brokers, and ship agents of the FSM registry and advises them on corporate formations and incorporating companies in the FSM, including the related 25.5% corporate income tax regime. The FSM is an independent nation formed in 1979. It has an embassy in the Akasaka district of Tokyo.
