Micronesia Registration Advisors, Inc. Micronesia was part of the Japan Mandate for 30 years beginning in 1914.  Many Micronesians have relatives living in Japan.  It is estimated that one in five Micronesians have Japanese heritage.  The government of the FSM has made a long term commitment to serve Japanese individuals and companies with its corporate registry.  There are other features which make the FSM attractive to Japanese companies and individuals.  The FSM:

  • Is a stable democratic nation, with independent Judiciary
  • uses US dollar currency and English language
  • has very supportive relations with US and Japan
  • has law firms,  accounting firms (including Deloitte), and banks
  • has an Embassy in Japan located in Akasaka Tokyo (between the Hotel Okura and the ANA/Intercontinental Hotels) and Japan has an Embassy in the FSM.
